If i flash the bootloader on an updated 250, will it give me back the option to press 'p'

i cant be bothered lifting the tsop and buying a willem

how can you flash it without the p option

the ambit config tool has an option to automaticly flash the bootloader, does that need rthe p option?

ive heard the ambit tool bootloader will kill a 250 but is ok on 200
