Todays stupid question!!
Hi everyone,this has probably been asked a million times before,but,if I change my Sky+ box for another same model box,will my viewing card still work? Is it a simple case of just swapping the boxes over?

Hi mate, welcome to TW.
If you have got sport or films then you will need to call Sly and have them pair the card with the new box, but I think that you will need to do this in any case because for the + boxes I have feeling that the card also needs to be paired to the box. So you will need to call Sly, on their premium rate number, and get the card paired with the box. Hope this is of help and you are soon up and running again. Very best regards Wez
