dnt seem to have a net id anywhere guys.any ideas?

maybe if you posted a bootlog someone may be able to help you more, it does begin to sound as if your replacement tuner is duff or somehow you havent put it in properly, sorry dont have any experience of this.....

ok guys.i have done everything else possible to sort this prob out.im now sure its this blinking tuner that is faulty(even tho the seller STILL says its for cable not sat and that it works 100%).Many thanx 2 all of you that tried 2 help me in the last few days(sum more than others but every little bit helps!!)If some 1 knows of a place where i can get a pukka tuner frm plz let me know.Peace out..

OK I've just reflashed Laky on to my box. Using remote press blue button then select set my location. Select your town then reboot the box. Using remote press dbox>service>channelscan and make sure area is set for either all uk scanning, 6952 for TW or 6887 for NTHell. Then scan with fast scan on.
Also have you tried dropping saved services.xml and bouquets.xml into var/tuxbox/config/zapit ??? then using remote press dbox>service>reload channel list.

this is my prob m8.i do not have the option of scanning for all uk scanning or 6592 because it says astra 9.2e.i have done evrything else,checked and rechecked numerous times but only have sat option.

For your area into the zappit folder
Pull the Plug
Start it up
If it works your in
If not Its Deffo the Tuner
Wot Area you in Pal........Paul
