Hi, my name is Gary, first time post.
I am having a problem with my eurovox 2, i have downloaded the software onto the box, performed a powerscan, but i am getting the message " channel not currently available"
PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP!!!!

is it only the scrambled channels you are not getting or are you getting none at all

if none , have you scanned with the correct symbolrate

Thanks for replying, i am not getting any channels at all.
i have used 2 symbol rates, can't remember what they were off hand, not at home at the moment.

did you erase channel data then rescan

yes, i have tried it several times, even did auto scan, still no luck?!

Have you checked if you have transponder codes ? I flashed my EV a few weeks back and somehow it erased all my tp codes. You go into user installation and check them there. If they are gone you can manually input them. One of the "big boys" can guide you. I still don't know how to use my mobile phone !!
