Hi everyone
I have a Skystar 2 card, 100cm dish, and a motor Moteck SG-2100A. Does anyone know how powerful PSU (Power Supply Unit) do I need in my computer in order to power the motor? The dish is approximately 20 meters (65 feet) away from the computer. Thanks in advance amoeba boy ![]() |

You should allow an extra up to 500mA for the motor which equates to approximately an extra 10W. Sorry I know nowt about PC power supplies.

Run a SG2100A using a skystar 2 and a shuttle XPC with 300W PSU without any problems. This was with a 6200 AGP graphics card that had no connection the PSU, with a gfx card that requires a connection to the PSU, the scenario might be different.
