No, that is for the Dragon Cam, did you buy the Diablo 2.3 cam?
Check that your Diablo cam is fully inserted into the Cas 3 by gently pushing it in, but before doing that remove your cam and check to see if any of the Cas 3 pins are bent, a quite common problem.

You do not need the card,mistake I made at first.I understand all your problems I was lost at first but thanks to the support on here I got there in the end.I did make sure from the supplier that I had purchased all the latest gear as it is costly otherwise.Mickha has always been brilliant for helping me, I am glad I took the advice and waited for the 2.3 and the cas 3+,because once the boys on here have talked you through it becomes easier even for a thick old bloke like me.You even get to understand the lingo after a bit.

Can you contact your supplier and find out if the cam supplied is a 2.3 or a 2.2 waiting to be upgraded?
You can download the software for the upgrade from diablocam.com.
Download and run the program but do not pay anything, if it takes you to a payment site stop the process and post back.
To upgrade you insert your Cam into the Cas 3, but do not start up the CIS software, then run the update program.

been onto supplier and he insists cam 2.3 and on the back of cam its says 2.3 he believes poblem with cas 3 have to send it back so it can be tested

can you update cam by remote and how do you do it

You can only update the keys using the remote control and only when the cam is in the receiver.
Put the cam into your receiver and enter the cams menu to see what software version is listed.

put cam in slot comes up with underworld 1.13 and confirms 2.3
so looks like it is updated already
so one more question the cams i the slot is it automatic or do i need to do anything else
