Unfortunately the automatic transponder scan option does not show the transponders being included in the scan. Are you getting both horizontal and vertical transponder channels and are the channels you are getting at the top or low frequency range?

Whilst you dont have a motorised setup, you could try the motor settings option and do an automatic satellite scan on only the one sat. That option actually lists the transponder frequencies and you can see what you are getting on each transponder.

This is the working transponder, so this is the low end.

<transponder frequency="10714000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="0" fec_inner="4" />

Can't see how you have a polarisation of "0" or whatever it is, it has to be either V or H, if your box is telling you that is what the polarisation is, then I would suggest that you reflash the box, erasing the old flash first and try again.

Just a thought, are you doing a full scan, the automatic one, I thing it is called, and not the manual one, again I am not that sure of the exact wording. Look at it this way, when you are in that window for searching it is the very top option that you need to select.

Hope that you can get it up and running soon. Please do try the reflash and maybe even another image.

Very best regards Wez

This is how it is listed in satellites.xml, 0 is for H and 1 for V.

I am doing an automatic transponder scan, is that what you meant?

You should be doing a satellite scan and not a transponder scan

The same thing happens when I do an automatic satellite scan. I am starting to wonder if my there's something wrong with my box. Especially because it used to work, but now it doesnt.

You would be well advised to flash the box again, if there is something wrong with the Image, and I reckon there must be, because I have never seen 0 for H and 1 for V, which would seem to indicate that there is something wrong with the XML file so flashing the image again would be the simplest thing to do. You can save your settings, if you have any, with DreamboxEdit, and that will save you having to do everything over again, as far as bouquets and that goes.

It will take about 8 minutes to flash the image to the box, for that little time it would be well worth it, that is the way I would go, if there is"something" wrong with the box, reflashing it should get it up and running again.

Very best regards Wez
