If you are like me and been having problems with your picture pixeling since the april software upgrade you need to email the website http://www.kryptview.co.uk. In the top right hand corner on there website it says contact .Click on that and tell them you having problems.They will send you a file that will rectify the problem.Mine works fine now since I have installed it.

why dont you upload the file, to help others out in the same circumstances

Yes thats right .Thats the file they sent me.I have been told that the software is not for general distrubution and that you have to email the website.I got a reply within 24 hours.

Yeah, it's not allowed to be published on sites, i'm waiting now for the null modem now that my friend has lost

You can only fix your box going back to 21/03 firmware. No pixelling problem at all. Last night i watched it for 10 min. Then i realized i paid for only this 10 min. Because it started showing "Waiting for code update". Hehehe nice one as we dont know how to enter code manually we are stuck. Anyway can everyone post a simple msg whoever putting the box in the bin. First me..... next.....

Even entering the code manually wouldnt help mate,just wait for it to update if thats what its trying to do, however if it says that more than one in a day then it aint codes !!!!
Also have you thought your incoming signal could be at fault here?? Marc |

I have eurovox, starview and dbox as well ball the boxes is fine here no signal problem they just work fine only problem is kriptview. Kriptview is gone forever i guess no one sellin kriptview in fleabay as well.
