No mate you don't normally have to touch this. You could also try holding the up arrow on the front of the box in for a couple of seconds when switching the box on, this can sometimes help.

Is this because it is a dogdy image or is it an internal problem so my dbox2 is broken. Can i use DBOX IFA to reflash my box with a null cable or has my DBOX2 had it not sure if it is broken or not!!

I dont have a null cable right now but will buy one if it works.

and SS Enigma 3 is not a dodgy image by any means, its been working fine on my box ( Nokia) for weeks on end..keep persevering !!
