I have got a pace ditv2000 from NTL area. I have changed the netid to Telewest. When I try to update the software it says found transport stream and starts downloading and finding channels it then says finished PMT checking header but at the end it says error signal invalid and nagra verify fail finished loading. The box starts with NTL logo again and no channels available. Does anybody know what I need to do to get it to load Telewest software.

on the old platform this would not work, and a lot of stbs are still hit and miss as to which areas they work in, did you totallt reset the stb then get net id and freq correct before plugging on stream ....if so then it wont work

Spikebaby, thanks for your reply I reset by pulling the red jumper then set the NetID and frequency with libby. Done an update and got the messages as described. I was thinking it may have been a tuner problem but the box says it finds channels when it is trying to update and the time and date is correct although I don't know if this bit would be stored on the box anyway. Sounds like I will have to find someone who wants a box for NTL area then.
