Hi,
I'm wondering if there is a Windows XP based software that will analyze a DVB-S signal, compare the Ku-Band spectrum to a database and then identify the satellite that your LNB is pointing at? I know there are expensive handheld meters that do this type of thing, but it would be very useful if you could do this from your PC using the signal received from the DVB-S tuner card. Does this exist? Thanks, Tim New Zealand |

Nothing that I know of - most folks just identify the satellite from the tv channels they are receiving!
