You could certainly install another dish, maximum 1M,in addition to the minidish, without planning permission.
However another two,(the roof mounts would have to be non-penetrable)without planning permission would be pushing your luck, unless they are completely hidden from the neighbouring properties, which in your case is at least two.
Why not replace the minidish with a larger dish(80cm),with fixed lnbs/Quad for Sky and other satellites.
Whilst having a separate motorised dish,as that is likely to attract attention than multiple dishes.

You could have more(without planning permission),as long they are within the maximum size and mounted on a non-penetrable ground/flat roof mount,I suppose.
Sat world, guide me to these regs, this may only effect England?

Just wondering could it be one of them laws where it would be illegal to put up the dishes, but as long as no one complains, then nothing happens? And yes, we do have some laws like that

Man, you hit the nail full on the head, it is only the ones who complain to the Council, the Councils are not bothered about dishes, unless someone
complains.

Ah, thats fine then. No one in my areas going to complain I dont think. Have really nice neighbours and TBH, no one really cares whats going on in my area

I think you're meant to have planning permission to join two houses together(ie so you can walk from one house into another) Well I have a friend whos parents bought the house next to them(in the housing boom age) They used to just rent the property out, but then they thought they could make their house "bigger" by placing a door between the two houses

What I was trying to say was,remove the Sky minidish,and get a larger 80cm dish,with a multibracket.That way you can add (usually up to 4 lnbs),for 4 different satellites,including 28E,for Sky.

Planning permission is required various projects, from a simple dormer window to 2 storey extensions.
You need to check your Council's website, for further details, and the new Planning Portal.
Just because people don't bother applying for planning permission, doesn't mean that its not required.
The council can and do make people who haven't applied for planning permission, and then gone and built extensions, drives etc,to either apply for planning permission.
If its granted, then fair enough, but if it a totally "illegal" construction, adversely affecting neighbours, then the council will make sure that the construction is removed.

Did those Scottish proposals a couple of years ago for 130cm dishes without planning get accepted?
