Default Picture Quality/Signal Seems very poor

Hello.

Dbox has been working fine downstairs for the past 1-2 weeks. I then moved it upstairs and the signal quality is poor. Like some channels dont work and others have a image which freezes or the sound isnt there. I thought it could be the aerial being loose but after just pluggin the aerial straight into the tv i get all the freeview channels with perfect signal.. Have done a new service scan and it is still bad. Has anyone got any advice or should i just try a different image (something i always seem to do whenever i face a problem however i like this one which is blade trinity)

Cheers for any help in advance.

Bought one of these based on the blatant advertising by plasterer and wasn't disappointed. It's on at the mother in laws and she can now get her UK G*ld and related rubbish so not only do I get less earache about not having the right channels, it only cost her a penny short of £9! Definately recommend one of these, cheers for the advice mate!
