Question keys for maxx 1000

hi mates. i bought maxx 1000 and i do not know how to update the keys? it has k:10 and when i went to s/w update it asked a web ste to enter i put nothing and it said can not connect to server (failed)
so please can any body tell me how to do the keys???

Maxx1000 receivers are card share boxes popular in the Middle East. Avoid at all costs - the card share servers disappear at regular intervals for extended periods leaving the end user with a nice free to air box

As far as I know they dont work with Sky.
