Humax Foxsat-HD software

My Foxsat box has updated to software version 1.00.09. Does anyone know if there's any way to roll back to the previous software? (I've tried Factory Reset, but I seem to be stuck with the new software.)

There are two main reasons why I ask this:
1) The resolution is now fixed at 1080i (other options were greyed out in the initial setup, and they can no longer be selected via the V-Format button either); I'd like the 720p option back as the 1080i setting seems to produce rather blurred motion on my display via HDMI.
2) BBC-HD is no longer viewable via the analogue component connection (which, unlikely as it may seem, produced a much better image on my display at 1080i than the HDMI connection).

Any ideas, anyone?

Okay, not to worry. The ability to change screen resolution has now mysteriously returned (after two days). Also, I've found a workaround for viewing BBC-HD (or recording in SD) via analogue connections.

Just to add there is NO way to roll back to previous versions of software.

my foxsat is showing software version 1.00.03 would it be better to turn off the updates and keep this software version ?

Not really,as the latest version,(HZPTSF 1.00.15),has added the following improvements:

Release Notes:
- HD MHEG Performance enhancements
- Added DDS Support to DVB Subtitles

Do you own the Humax Foxsat HD or the Humax Foxsat HDR,as I've just noticed the software version,you've listed is the Foxsat HDR software version,and that is the latest version.
Don't be attempting to download the wrong software,otherthise,it will be tears before bedtime.
