Question jcard-cas2 for sammy 2100c

Hi ALL,

I have jcar-cas2 with with 20 pin, which then connects (via data cable) to Duolabs card reader. The unit has USB and serial connection to PC.

My question is can I use this instead of Pogo jtab to get Box key and IRD or Sammy smt 2100c?
