kryptview box ( freezing and pixes)

hi guys i am having problems with my arnett box i brought the kryptview box few weeks a ago and it came with the old yellow firmware i was have problems with my first box because it was freezing and the pixes were all over the place on some of the channels and it needed latest update and firmware. i rang the buyer who i brought the box off and they send me a replacement with the latest software (firmware) i can get all the channels on this box but some of the channels are freezing with lateset software like adultchannels and some other channels most of the time the box is ok . i try my friend arnett box i am having no problems at all this he box. i can, t work out the problem with my box becacuse i am from london area and i am having same problems with freezing and pixes. thanks can you help guys

I have the BW875 Winrar Zip file from Arnet site, The file is for sorting bad pixeltation on the arnet..I have not tried it myself
