Default Change clock font on Nokia dbox2

Hi guys, i hope you can help out a damsel in mild distress

Have just aquired my second Nokia dbox2 and all's good and well signal/image wise, i just have this bloody horrible clock font on the lcd display i'm desperate to get rid of. It's like a childs scribbling or something... legible, but scruffy as ar$es!

Please could you tell me wher in the DIR or / or root i could change it? (Sorry if thats wrong, i'm hazarding a guess)
I am a relative newbie to them so laymens terms much appreciated.
I actually don't have an FTP cable or X over. TBH i dont even know what to do if i had them! Am kinda hoping it can be altered from just the box menu's with the remote.

Many thanks in advance

xx

EDIT: I'm running Pacino Trilogy

Try swapping the clock.conf file in var/tuxbox/config with the one from your other box. You will need a crossover cable and a FTP programme, try SmartFTP, google it, it's free and simple to use.

Someone must have modded the original image!!

Download the image again or another one like Blade Quad or lincsat beta 6 and reflash your box.

You could also download a programme called new tuxflash tool, this will let you open up any image and let you copy files to your PC desktop for uploading to your box.

Hi again Rodboy I now have my crossover cable, IFA installed and the blade quad image ready to go. And have been trying to follow your IFA guide. However..

I have disabled network and turned off firewall but I dont know where to do this : set Local Area Connection network IP to 192.168.0.201

I can't find it on my PC, and i can't find an IP address on the dbox's options
And when you say:
select network device ( there should only be one available )
I have 3 (Bluetooth/inter pro wireless/realtek fast ethernet) So its not even found the crossover i dont think?

I have connected the cross over cable into the back of the dbox and into my laptop is this corect

I am such a bloody newbie, so sorry if this is painfully simple, all i want is to learn to flash a new image and found your step by step guide which i'm sure is great. It's just me

Please could i ask what to do and where i'm going wrong. I thought it'd be plug in and an right here i'd see the dbox files on my PC I'm pretty stumped

Thank you very much

xx

Plus my original problem of the clock font is all fixed tooooo! Had to use my backed up bouquets and services to get channels though.

Thanks for everyones help. I feel relieved and not such much of a dumb blonde now i've managed to suss it!
