Could anyone recommend a good reliable box capable of recieving all channels for first time buyer please. Have been looking at boxes such as dream 500c,itgate,eurovox but have no experience with any yet.

All the ones you mention are good and, seeing as you are in the dbox section, dboxes are very good !!!

Lots of good boxes out there m8.
If you want a box that you tinker with then the dbox is, I reckon, the best you can get. If you want a box the straightforward, simple to set up and away you go then the Eurovox Max V is the one for you either from lincsat (his nick-nack shop at bottom of forum) or www_iwantabox.com
