Cool TV on a PC

The mainstream TV channels offer some of their programmes on the Internet, but it appears this is only for U.K. customers. Is there a way of accessing these programmes on my P.C. in Spain? I run Windows XP on the desktop and Vista on the laptop. Thanks for any help. I have a 3 Meg broadband connection.

you could try to use a proxy server from the list on this site http://www.xroxy.com/proxy-country-GB.htm or you could use a wee program that would give you a fake IP address, such as http://www.hide-my-ip.com/
