Default nokia dbox2

i have a nokia dbox2 that is showing no epg,it scans for 15 seconds and then shows no channels,anybody got any ideas to solve this problem..thanks in advance

check the scan settings are correct for your area. { 6952 or 6887 }
if the image has location scan it needs to to be set.

i have set the location,checked the setting are correct frequency,net id qam, and tried different ucodes but still cannot find any channels this is wierd as i have not come across this before any more ideas anyone..thanks
it seems it cannot find transponders

Have you made sure that Fast Scan is turned off? I know it's a simple thing but the smallest things can make the biggest difference sometimes.

tried with fast scan turned off,and with lack pro image,box scanned for 376 transponders but found none,could the tuner be damaged..

as posted above put in working services .
if that dont work you could have a hardware fault

Try using a different image. I had a couple of problems with Laky Pro. Cryo Ultra Pro seems a good image. I can give you a link to it if you want.
