Ive updated my firmware on my Eurovox MAX V but there are some channels missing now (E4+1, lots of music channels + a few others)
Im sure the info is here somewhere but its unclear to me what information I should be using exactly to replace these channels. For example there is a thread titled: All Nthell Channels & Frequencies (ireland) Is Nthell the same as NTL? Do I manually put the frequencies in? Is there an automatic way to update the channels? Is that how I should update the channels? |

Read back through here All Nthell Channels & Frequencies (ireland) It mentions these missing channels and how to get them back. If you go back as far as page 32 Satsmo has kindly posted a list of all channel frequencies.
Is Nthell the same as NTL? Have an educated guess. Do I manually put the frequencies in? You can do. Is there an automatic way to update the channels? Is that how I should update the channels? Try an autoscan. Sometimes picks up missing channels. |

Anyway Ive looked at page 32 and am a bit more confused now. Whats all the stuff about changing "379.500 to 418.250." Is that one specific channel that has to be changed or what is it? Whats the difference between powerscan and autoscan? |

We call the providers N*L or Nthell, VM or V*g*n, Telepest, Ch*s and xCW for the simple reason that it is very easy for the cable companies to google their own names to find forums like this and try to get us shut down

2. Frequencies are TP's. Press Menu, User Installation, 0000, Press down button on remote until your on channel number 0011 & Frequency 379.500, Press OK to select, Green Button, Blue Button, Down Button, Type in 418.250, OK to save. Exit, Red Button to Update channels, Actually much easier than it reads....
