Could the BBC help out ITV?
Both ITV and the BBC have a slight problem; on the one hand there is ITV who are not willing to spend anymore on regional programming, children’s programmes or regional news. On Terrestrial TV only 5% in North East Wales watch Welsh TV, simple reason, they can not recieve it. After 50 years only the politicians are bothered in Cardiff, not us.
