eurovox not gettin enuff channels

just got the eurovox installed it an got loads of pakistani channels but no sport (ie sky 1,2,etc) an no kids channels out of about 200 channels installed there are only bout 50 working help!!! kids want the disney channels etc

what area are you in? what box do you have?
have you done a full power scan ?

i am in liverpool i have got the eurovox max 2007 model , first got it installed it had all the cannels that i needed but then some of them got went a bit doolally tried to fix it with by adjusting the mhz manually that never worked so deletes them all and started from scratch again full pwer scan etc... that is where i'm at now ????? its buggin the life out of me as i had the channels i needed and messed 'bout wiv it an now all is lost but i is gettin fluent in punjabi(haha)

if there is not a liverpool cdf file do you know a m8 who has a eurovox in your area and can get one of his with all channels

When did it go 'doolally'? What message are you getting on screen (if any)?

What firmware is on the box? - go to Menu / Config / System Information and tell us the date beside S/W Ver.

when i say "doolally" i mean the sound goes all bitty an the picture the same very blocky if you know wehat i mean but some channels are fine there are also a lot of "ch2, ch1 " repeated but no picture ...thanks for your reply..

What firmware have you got on your box?

And what's your signal strength on each TP like (go to Menu / Installation / User Installation and you will see the quality bar at the bottom of the screen)?

hi there the bar is bouncing up an down from 0 to around 30 it does'nt go over 30 . thanks firmware numbers are 1.0 st4 then a date 10 apr 2008

check the cable feed is ok m8 not loose

and also try it with out any splitters as well

sorry for the delay in not gettin back but things to do... all is well with connections the lad i got it off is gunna get me another 1 so hopefully it will sort it's self oot i hope cos my sky is going off next month.....
