can i reprogram tsop with willem 3.1 if can you help

hi i have benn given a willem programmer 3.1 and was wondering if the tsop chip can be done with this if so can anyone help me out with any software i might need as i am new to all this

Wish i could help mate, all i know when it comes to willems its recommend to use a 4.5 but even then you need a TSOP adapter for the chip to sit in. So at a wild guess (and this is a REAL WILD guess) if you have a place to put a TSOP chip then i would think you could, it just depends how different the 2 models of programmers are. Im sure once someone with more knowledge on the willems will reply once they see this topic.

the willem 4.5 already has the TSOP adapter fitted. think with the 3.1 you would need the adapter m8

would the (red) WELLS 48 Tsop adapter do the trick on 4100, see i've got one somewhere gathering dust, now i dont mind lifting, to taking a pick at the data im just not sure what s/w i'd use to read the data once its off using the WELLS 48 adapter, or is that to old now.
