Can some tell me how check if the JTAG is working OK, I am trying to connect to Sammy 2100c, I have read many threads & tried everything but I keep getting "Target Communication error : PC to Target Cable Disconnected" error, in BKE2.2 & SDT also similar error in OCD Commander. It's a Solderless JTAG from Lincsat

My other PC is Vista based laptop, does not have printer port.

the Jtag I have has GD cable at connection point5, instead of point18 as in one of the tut.

take a piccy of your jtag and tell me where the vvc gd etc are and will tell you where your jtag points are

also check connections non r touching, if pogo they must be on correct points

whoops it is the 20 pin one? thats the one you need

tried taking pic with phone, but image not good, will try with mates camera later & post,
