hi.today i have tried to cut off the talkback on my pace Di4001n box,however i am not sure that i have cut the talkback off successfully.,even though the on demand and interactive do not work,the return path is showing as on.does this mean that the talkback has been successfully cut off? thanks!

no, if the talk back is on u didn't cut it.

u needt to open the box, then open the turner in there is where u cut it or take leg of the chip

yeah but u need to cut the top right leg (its 10 legged chip) to right is the one u wana cut it

hi i have the cut leg on the top right on the 10 legged chip.however the return path is still showing as on,but the on demand and interactive dont work.any ideas why return is still showing as on?thanks

It depends on which way up your looking at it, i would say its the bottom right leg, there is a pic in the pace cable guide.
