I read somewhere a posting by an Englishman setting up a FTA sytem in Aveiro, Portugal. I am in a similar position in another part of Portugal.

My problem is slightly different in that I purchased a SRadix DS228 FTA box. It was replaced by the supplier after I complained that it got stuck on differing channels. I had to disconnect the power and power it up again. The replacement is even worse in that it takes several minutes before the box will switch on again after a total disconnect from the power.

Can anyone kindly help in this matter?

Hi Carregal70,

One thing to rule out, if you have had a problem with more than one receiver is the cable. Check that you have good cable connections at both ends.
Although there are various methods of fitting f connectors, I have always found this one easy and reliable.
