ipod - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Hi guys, going to America in 2 weeks time and was thinking of buying an ipod, maybe 2 - 4 GB, heard they are cheaper over there.
Is there any compatibiltiy issues with buying one of these and operating it here in the UK. Also, may not be the right place, I might buy some cheap DVDs are there any issues with these, I think they may be regionalised.

Nope, no issue with iPods, they charge via. USB anyway. They'll work perfectly.

As for DVDs, North America use Region 1, we in Europe use Region 2. You can pick up Region-Free DVD Players very cheaply now (<£20), so that could be an option.
