Hi,
Got a TM5400 that was already patched from souterhn sat. It's meant to be able to access polsat but I cant seem to get them. I see the channels with the dollar sign but when I try to access nothing comes up. Do I need to repatch.

Try the latest software.

Cheers - can you point me in the right direction for this. When I apply it will all my settings be lost on the box ?

You just need to update the keys. Turn to polsat, push mute then exit on remote. Then make suse it says 7001 polsat if not use left and right arrows to scroll to the right one.

Enter keys on either line 10+11 if the line 00 keys or 20+21 01 keys.

New keys can be found on various forum, satdownloads ect.

Save and exit and it will clear.

Hi - thanks for that. I entered the codes and polsat appeared.. woo hoo.. changed satellite and went back to polsat and it comes up scrambled channel again, but the codes are the same.. Any ideas.

Also, another thing with the TM is when I go into standby I have to turn on the motor to 1.2 as it dosne't seem to save this... Any ideas on this.

Polsat are changing keys daily mate, it might just be that you have hit a key change. Have you got the option of usals checked mate.
