Can someone reccomend me a serial port PCI card as my PC does not have one??

I have tried to use a USB-to-serial converter but i cant get it to work.

Recentley got a new pc without the serial and parallel ports so bought the PCI Multi I/O Controller Card 2 x Serial 1 x Parallel off fleabay for £11 including postage, got it with the parallel port aswell for jtagging and everything works perfect.
