Hi, absolute beginner here, looks like I need novice angel guide, can anyone tell me where to get it?

I should also mention i followed the previous link for the tbc.cc.exe toolbar but get an error - not a valid win 32 application when trying to install it

Its in our downloads, the cable for dummies is in there too, its quite good.

I looked here already and couldn't spot it. I think i'm being mega thick. What section is it in?? And is it named Novice Angel etc etc?
