I bought a 2110 on ebay with unlocked card and the IRD and BK was on the box so I just used a funcard as easy to do. All the hard work was already done.

On a 2110 the only way of getting the bk is to glitch the "card" not the box!!
If the card is not paired then its no good, and sometimes if it is paired once youve glitched the card you could find out that the bk is in fact fake due to a deactivation hit being sent to the card.thats why the 2110 is a bit of an dodgy box with regard to ggetting details from it,
As i say tho you cannot glitch the box only the card, and glitching is another word used for "unlooping"

Yes but, read card first in programmer (well reset card) this will giuve you the rom type and revision, you then use the relevent script in the unlooper to open it, once open read in nagra to obtain details, once thats done use an image to write back to the card with the relevent details on it,
You need to sort talkback, depending on box depends on how you do it.
Youll lose interactive and any pay per view movies also,BUT do not leave talkback connected just to get the ppv stuff as your box will get blacklisted and someone else will end up paying for what you watch.

Well once youve got the bk and ird you then need to get a mosc image for your area, and for your card type ie rom10 or 11.
You then program that card with the new image including your details and it should au the keys ok.
