Well i assume youve unlocked and read the card to get the bk and ird from it?? I must say though i wouldnt buy a 2110 of ebay as theres a lot of unscrupulous people on there saying they are paired when they are not, you then get left with a brick!!!!
IF its unlocked and you hacve the correct bk and ird then you can re use the card with the right image for your area or you could use a fun,

IF the card isnt paired (you wont know until you prog a card and try it,or plug box in NO CABLE FEED) check the engineers menu to check the ird details and card status) anyway
If they are not paired then theres nothing you can do, basically there is no way of getting bk details from a 2110 unless it has a paired card,so if its not paired its a brick.
Also its not going to be as simple as just getting a programmer and reading the card, the likelyhood is its stream locked and you would need an unlooper to get into the card and then a programmer to read it,
You will need a phoenix capable programmer and most likely an unlooper,a phoenix prgger will set you back around £30 for some you will need a 9 pin serial port on the pc or you can get the infinity usb phoenix but these arent as good as true phoenix.

Unplug power to box
Hold down the UP/DOWN buttons
Power up the boxwhile still holding buttons (need 2 pairs of hands lol)
Wait for display to hit LD:14
Release buttons
Box should now boot to engineers menu

Erm no not really be cheaper to buy them to be honest by the time youve found a decent schematic (not easy) and then got all the parts, not worth it to be honest, they are finely tuned items, your looking at around £30 ish for a programmer (dynamite is true phoenix so you would need a 9 pin serial port) and an unlooper is around the same to be honest, you could get a phoenix only progger for half that but it will only do mosc cards, unlooper wise either a powersync or a tiny or similar check out tailor-madecircuits.com

Yes that is a very good deal, but you MUST have a 9 pin serial port on your pc for either of them to work,if you havnt then get a pci serial card and slot it into a pci slot on the motherboard,
