Default fta vista mmc

how do i get fta channels in vista mmc i know it to do with the reg can some 1 help or point me in the right direction thxs

Is this with a dvb-c card? If its a TT C-1501 i wanna know as well, as i still can't get media portal to work, even after all your kind help.
I'm sure i saw a tut on the web somewhere, if i can find it i'll email you.
