Default HELP ! Lost Channels

I have recently purchased a "LifeTime" receiver which is connected to the ISDN line in my apartment here in Kuwait.

Until last week it succesfully unscrambled a number of channels including that which was showing Euro 2008 in the middle east.

However in the last week I can only view free channels and I think it is the unscrambler which has been switched off.

As a computer illiterate I see there are a seried of ISP numbers in the installation section and I was wondering if anybody can tell me where I need to go to get the scrambled channels unscrambled again.

Any help before tonights final would be most appreciated

Hi greg,
The only " life time" receiver i have found is the Fortec Star. You will have to download updates for your receiver, to get channels back. So go into fortec threads, rather than "life time", good luck

Unfortunately I have tried that many times and iy says "unable to connect to the server"

I have a set of IP numbers in the installation set up - do you think I need to change those ?
