I also have a EV2 but when it comes to upgrading or flashin I havent a feckin clue. this JTAG thing does it look anything like this;

see it there on ebay for £8.

looks as if it may be missing the grd cable that i have on mine but all in all looks about the same - the red wire and crocodile clip on mine

i cant gtee that this will work m8 as its diff from mine and all the tuts ive seen are showing the grd wire and croco clip that gets cliped on to a part oh eurovox eh
