On demand gone off, wtf help guys.

My box is chipped and i have had on demand but its suddenly wont work it just says loading for ages, i've reprogrammed the card but its still the same, ive checked the eng manual and it says ive got £32 left but credit suspended how has this happened? and how can i get it back on? Thanks

yep its one of the first things you do is disable tb when modding a box.
