Default Please Help- Boot State, refused by CMTS

Please help, I was arsing around with mac addresses last night to see if I could find any more that worked.

Now any time I try to connect with my known good address, I'm getting In the connection menu beside boot state.... refused by cmts. And it wont connect. I know this is a good mac address.
In fact it is happening with any mac I try to use. And on two different modems.

Any Ideas would be great Thanks.
