Just one more thing for the government to spend our taxes on. I remember when computers were actually expensive saving up xmas and birthday money and having 2 paper rounds. Took me ages to save up for my first PC. Hell why not give out laptops with free unlimited internet access to the immigrants as they come into the country they get just about everything else handed to them. PC's and internet access are easialy accesable now, why does the government insist on wasting our taxes, personally I'd rather see the price of petrol go down

didn't this happen one before, PC being given to people on job seekers, then there was loads suddenly for sale in pubs. what a crap idea. If you cant afford a PC or the INTERNET they are available to use in library's for free.
