hi i have connected up my jtag as in dl's i keep getting this error when trying to connect in idea what it could be please

You have to Jtag live on yhe stream to get the BK.

yes i have got mac-mot running is thjere an updated version though?????

thanx dash i did not know it has to be on live stream so to clarify i have to have the CABLE FEED into the back of stb??? to get bk-- i was just putting the power to it i have only ever done ambits with the max n led simm and it does not say in the 4010 tut about it either thanx a lot,..............

you need to jtag it on stream since the latest update

what programme you using, if OCD what are your settings?

what bytes r you using?

i am using the sammy debug tool but i have the ocd programme also! though it said sdt was easier to use?

i was using the default bytes i dont have the new 1's im in ntl pure!! do u have new bytes plz if not do u know wher i can get them plz!
the error im getting is cant put target in to background could this if been no feed? prob is i have started to rebuild the jtag being scrupulous at double checking just to be 100 percent.....i have lost the ends to my tyester so i had to rebuild to b sure!

then i can try on feed!!!
