Default LOOP Back PLUGS

Hi,

does anyone know how to make the following, USB loopback plug and parallel port loopback plug, for diagnostic test purposes, thanks

http://www.lammertbies.nl/comm/cable/parallel.html for norton and checkit diags. Depends on your software as to what pin config you need. Not sure about USB

try for usb details, and just connect pins 2,3 leaving 1,4 unconnected.
