Will a modem with no mac for area sniff ok
I have to travel a distance to help someone out and would like some help please. He is getting a Ambit 250 with infinite on it. He has a live feed. This 250 has never been connected to his feed so will it be able to sniff out macs or does it need to have an IP or mac for his area first entered into the modem for the sniffing to work?
