Hello all,

Nice to meet you all..

I'm pretty much a noob to all this satellite stuff. I upgraded my passion a few days ago so that I could access the freesat channels on Astra 28. Just noticed that they have release another update dated: 27th June 2008

V1.14 ( June 27, 2008)

New Channel information and upgrades to picture quality.

Has anyone tried this yet? and if so then does it iron out some of the problems you have experienced? I bought my box at the weekend and have had no problems apart from a little jumping on C4. Bought from Maplins as well.

Hi

My advice is get a refund now before Maplins change their mind,took me a lot of phone calls and patience to get a name to post on here as a contact to send these boxes back.It seems like the only faults with the Passion are the ones bought from Maplins.

Hi rainforest,

I would do if I had experienced problems. So far I have seen none of the problems mentioned on these forums. I'm using the latest version of the software and not seeing any juddering on C4 or any other channels.
