If you have a genuine starview 1 box then the latest software for this with the GTRom-400 Loader is
The CryptStar-1.4-Core400bin file, you can get these from the D/L section or TCB.cc toolbar , also make sure you use a Null Modem Cable for transfering data from PC to Starview
