Hmm, was moving some wires the back of the tv & the Pace Virgin Media box went off.
When I tried to put it back on it came up er16. My modem is split off the same splitter, so I took the modem off & connected wire straight from the wall socket into the Box & when it booted up it got as far as the ap52 code. Left it for 10 minutes & eventually it went to the channels but it was just a black screen with no picture. Anybody know whats going on or how to correct this? Talkback is cut by the way. |

Will try that shortly, & if it's low (like it sounds like it is) is there anything at all I can do to correct it?
It was working perfectly before I knocked the wires.... |

One of those boxes ^ Incidently I have another box upstairs (talkback also cut) that is working fine & also the 20MB internet is also working fine.... so it must be a problem with the box itself surely? |

Check the cable that goes from the little white box on the wall to the box-it has a screw connector(F Plug) both ends-make sure its well on the cable and screwed in tight both ends
