Eurovox Max V 2008 - Loss of Channel

Can anyone help with loss of the ZEE TV channel in the Huddersfield area?
I can obtain ZEE Music and ZEE Cinema channels but not ZEE TV.
I have updated the codes (formerly NTL) and done auto scans several times and flashed the box.

I am not able to do a Power Scan for some reason.
When I attempt a Power Scan, the system prompts me by saying it is deleting all existing channels and then takes me to the scan screen.

The two bars move between 0 - 90% and the count begins from 1/770.
However, there is no rolling script moving upwards ??

have you tried to clear all channels first then do a power scan (press yellow then ok .sometimes it needs the power cable removing and redoing if it dosnt start at once)
