Willem 45 tsop chip

hi guys can one of you help me got a Willem45 i have lifted the TSOP out when i come to
erased it go up to 3% and some time 8% then it come up saying it a erased but whe i go to
blank test it came up not blank.Ana one more thing what dump do i use on ex.cw 250
and 255
i have do one chip and but it back in but the still no press 'P' or 1 2 on it so i doing sothing
thing wrong and i was hopeing some one can help me i have done all what it says in the tut
so plz help i have got 2 modem a 250&255
