virgin outdoor box help please

please can anyone help me?

I have recently moved house with my *cough* chipped box but the brown box outside the house is all broken (the one where the indoor wires meet the outdoor wires that come out of ground) - the front is missing and all the wires are snapped and i presume something is missing as i only have 2 male coax ( i think) wires one from inside the house and one coming from the ground.

My question is what do i need to fix it please?

or does anyone know what the brown box is called and where i can get one complete with fittings?

hi mate it sounds as though you need a couple of f connectors an fconnector coupler and an omni box lid. i will try and find where tou can get the omni box but i have a feeling ebay will be your best bet.

sorry to plague you but where would i screw the f connectors onto? my wires have m connectors on already, am i making sense LOL

with you saying the wires were snapped i assumed you would need to connect them together. is this the case? you will need the wire from the ground to be connected to the wire leading to your tv/bb

yeah think i sorted it though just ordered a f coupling thingy - from the bay of flea!!
