Hi
When i ownload the files i think i need from toolbar the are saving on my desktop as rar file how do i change them to a bin file so the gtrom picks them up and downloads it to box if thats how you do it.

you need a program called winrar or winzip
you then unrar or unzip the file (basically the file has been compressed to take up less space and you have to uncompress them)
